“Love only sees perfection.”

      Loving ourselves is a crucial part of healing.  It is a recognition of all that is right, all that is magnificent and all that is beautiful about us.  Instead of seeing flaws, mistakes and brokenness, we see ourselves as already complete, already whole and that nothing about us needs to be fixed, altered or changed in any way.  As we move further into this journey of self-discovery, something deep within comes alive and nudges us to also take note of our talents that begin to surface, our strengths, and our huge capacity for kindness, caring, and love of others.

     The more we feel self-love, the more we recognize our significance, our divinity and all about us that sets up apart from others in a special way.  The world around us and our experiences soften.  Internal struggles, feelings of emptiness and voids fade.  We then remember how great and how perfect the love we came from is and how deserving we are of all in life that brings us joy.

     During our time together, you will experience group healing, Christ Consciousness (I am Presence) activations, learn self-healing tools, understand the significance of self-love and share in group experiences and discussions.  We are love!
